By creating an account or using Truck Parking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Truck Parking is a subscription-based directory of truck and big rig parking lots in the Inland Empire. We provide verified lot information including dimensions, availability status, pricing, and access details to help drivers find suitable parking. We do not operate or manage any parking lots directly.

You must provide a valid email address to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each subscription is for a single user. You may not share your account or resell access to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Truck Parking is offered as a paid subscription:

• Monthly plan: $7.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual plan: $49.99/year, billed once per year

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

You agree to use Truck Parking only for its intended purpose of finding parking for commercial vehicles. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute lot data from the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform in any way.

Lot information in the directory is provided in good faith but we cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times. Availability, pricing, and access conditions at individual lots may change without notice. Truck Parking is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on information in the app, including but not limited to towing, fines, or inability to find parking.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the service ends at the close of your current billing period.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
