Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

• Email address — used to create and manage your account and verify your subscription status.
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe may retain payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or location data.

Your email is used to:

• Verify your subscription and grant access to the map
• Send transactional emails related to your account (receipts, renewal notices)
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your email for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Truck Parking uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — secure cloud database used to store subscriber records. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Google Maps — used to render the interactive parking map. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Subscriber data is stored in Supabase with row-level security enabled. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Only the service itself has access to the subscriber database — no third party has read access to your account data.

Truck Parking does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage to remember your login session locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any server after the initial login check. You can clear it at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data.

You have the right to:

• Cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We will delete your subscriber record within 7 days.
• Request a copy of the data we hold on you (your email and subscription status).
